The PCK reversible hammer crusher is one of the main equipment for intermediate and fine crushing the brittle materials with crushing hardness less than medium, such as limestone, coal and others. Was widely used in trade of metallurgy, construction material, chemical industry and water-power station with the advantages of big crushing ratio and even product graininess. Single stage hammer crusher can crush the feeded materials of graininess 1100mm into less than 25mm for one time, so the traditional double stage or three stage crushing can be changed into one stage crushing so as to simplify the process.
The Hammer Crusher falls into reversible and non-reversible hammer crushers. Reversible hammer crusher with reversible rotor used for fine crushing in general; non-reversible hammer crusher with non-reversible rotor used for intermediate crushing. Single stage hammer crusher is non-reversible.

Working Principle of PCK Reversible Hammer Crusher
The reversible hammer crusher consists of an encased rotor carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier for fineness regulation, and Blower Fan mounted on a solid shaft. Raw material to be pulverised enters the crushing chamber through the hopper and automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammer on the feed material against the Liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for classification and the over size particles are rejected by the classifier and returns to the crushing chamber for further grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring dust Free operation and no loss of ground powder.
