1. At the end of each work, open the bottom valve switch of the vacuum oil-water separator, and drain water. Remove vacuum inhalation material. Clean the vacuum oil-water separator to ensure that the vacuum line is unblocked.
2. The vacuum pump should stop the pump once a month to check the oil contamination. If the condition of the oil in the vacuum pump has been contaminated, it should be changed in time. The pump must be empty for 15 minutes before changing the oil. After heating the oil, stop pumping and open the oil plug to drain the oil. Clean the pump with some new oil or cleaning oil and inject new vacuum pump oil. (The new oil is 10# gasoline or oil.) 3. Always check the worm gear reducer oil level. If you find that the oil level is lower than 1/2 of the oil window, you should add 30# mechanical oil in time.
