The mechanical structure of MQY Overflow Ball Mill
MQY Overflow Ball Mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. It is with stable and reliable working condition.
The features of MQY Overflow Ball Mill
1.The driving adopt the double row self-aligning roller bearing replace the sliding bearing,reduce the friction force,easy to start,save energy 20-30%.
2.Adopt the groove circular liner,increase the balls and mineral ores contact surface,strengthen the grinding function,also increase the lifting capacity for the ores,reduce the energy consumption.
3.Big discharging mouth,big production capacity.
4.Below diameter 2.1m ball mill adopts the integral machine bracket,easy for building foundation and installation.
5.Oil fog lubrication device,ensure girth gear and pinion gear lubricate stably.
Ball mill should be installed on a solid concrete foundation. Ball mill on the basis of design and construction of see ball mill assembly diagrams and foundation drawing. In order to guarantee the position accuracy of ball mill parts in use process does not have big change, ball mill on the basis of the whole structure should be adopted.
Concrete foundation compressive strength after reaching more than 75% can be installed on ball mill. Before installing response of quality inspection, the defects of the strength of concrete has no effect, the number of the reserved hole position and meets the requirements, the reserved hole clutter and without water, without pollution. By using "ground", when installation, on the surface should be embedded based on "center the board". Before installation on the basis of the center line of the draw all and made on the "center the board" marked the impact point of tag, as the middle line of the benchmark when installation.
