The main part of Dry Grinding Grate Ball Mill is a shell which is assembled on the bearing with low revolution speed. This ball mill is driven by motor through reducer and surrounding gear which can reduce the speed. Or this ball mill can be driven by synchronous motor with low speed. After gear reduces the speed, transmission assembly can rotate. There are many grinding mediums-ball- in the ball mill. Grinding mediums can be lifted to the certain height, and then thrown down or drain off under the effect of centrifugal force and friction. The materials are continuously feed into the shell, and then crushed by moving grinding medium, at last the product can be discharged by the force of overflow and continuously feeding. All the materials can go to the next process.

The structure of Dry Grinding Grate Ball Mill:
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
Working principle of Dry Grinding Grate Ball Mill
Dry Grinding Grate Ball Mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging.

The installation of MQ ball mill
Ball mill should be installed on a solid concrete foundation. Ball mill on the basis of design and construction of see ball mill assembly diagrams and foundation drawing.
