Rotary crusher is assembled by transmission assembly, bowl assembly, eccentric assembly, socket bearing assembly, cone assembly, distributor, liner assembly, spring protection, and lubrication assembly.

Rotary crusher working principle
The structure of rotary crusher: main frame, eccentric shaft, a large belt pulley, fly wheel, swing jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, Rear bracket, adjust gap screw, reset spring, and fixed jaw and swing jaw board etc., and the toggle plate also plays a role of protection.
The motor transmits power through belt and belt pulley, drives the swing jaw surround the eccentric shaft do periodic motion. The angle between toggle plate and swing jaw increases when swing jaw moves up., which makes the moving jaw get closes to the fixed jaw.
At the same time the material is squeezed, rubbing, grinding and other multiple broken. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and swing jaw decreases when swing jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
Features of rotary crusher
1.High efficiency: The rotary crusher has support on both ends of the spindle, which is able to bear greater crushing force and greater stroke, coupled with the special shape of crushing chamber adapted to laminated principle, the machine has higher crushing efficiency.
2.Large production capacity: The rotary crusher has the perfect combination of design with crush stroke, crushing speed and crushing chamber shape, which make the machine's moving cone big end diameter in the same circumstances, the output is 35% ~ 60% higher than the old spring cone crusher.
3.High quality stones: The rotary crusher adopt special crushing chamber and laminated crushing principle, resulting in inter-particle crushing effect, so that the finished product significantly increased the proportion of the cube, flake stone needles reduced and grain is more uniform.
4.Just replacing the fixed cone can achieve a variety of cavity shapes for fine crushing.
5.Double insurance controlled hydraulic and lubrication system can ensure the machine's overload protection and good bearing lubrication.
